On December 28, 2021, began a census, which will last until February 28, 2022.
This census uses a combined method. This means that, for the most part, the Statistical Office collects the necessary information from national databases (data as of 31.12.2021). People are only asked with an additional survey for information about self-assessed characteristics that are missing from the registers.
Dear brothers and sisters!
"And I say to thee: That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” (Mt. 16:18). These words of Jesus are a great promise to all of mankind and to all Christians. Jesus, and not the people, is the one who builds the Church, and this Church remains in the teachings of her Redeemer, in spite of historical events and the sin of mankind. Peter – and his descendants – as bishop of Rome, the true rock which Jesus supports, is the sign and foundation of the unity of the Church, and the Church's faith.

At a meeting of Dominican artists in Cologne in the spring of 2019, the participants wished to organise a wider encounter to help the Order become more aware of the role that art plays in preaching today. Encouraged by the General Chapter of Biên-Hoà (ACG 2019 165-167), this meeting will take place in Tallinn from 1 to 5 September 2021. PROGRAM!
The objectives of this meeting are threefold:
Religious services and religious rites
From 9 August, public religious services and rites with up to 50 participants may be held in places of worship and the 50 per cent occupancy requirement must be taken into account. It is not required to verify the infection safety of the people attending religious services; however, regardless of the number of participants, a mask must be worn indoors, requirement for dispersal must be taken into account, and the place of worship must comply with disinfection requirements and other measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus.
The exception does not apply to church concerts, which are subject to general event requirements. This means that if there are more than 50 participants indoors, the infection safety of the participants must be verified.
